We created Concentric Psychology because we value meaningful connection, service, and intentionality

A beige sofa with colorful pillows, a fluffy beige blanket, situated in a room with light wooden flooring and a plain white wall with a large green leaf decoration.
A clear glass vase holding pink, white, and dark purple flowers, placed next to a round, tan marble-patterned pot on a white surface with a dark blurry background.

We formed our small private practice in January 2020 because we believe that grounding every aspect of our practice in our values of inclusivity, integrity and consent-based collaborative care is vitally important, especially in the context of our current healthcare system.

Since then we have continued to adapt and build Concentric Psychology with careful intention.

  • We don’t work for a major hospital system so that we can work with our clients on our terms - we believe that lets us offer better services for those we serve.

  • We invest in enhanced data encryption services and abide by strict privacy policies because we believe your personal information deserves the highest level of protection.

  • We pride ourselves on being members of the local community and we understand the weird and wonderfully diverse culture of the region (as well as local social and mental health resources).

  • We meet with one another on a weekly basis for educational purposes, collaboration, and consultation. We regularly review our policies and practices to ensure they are values-aligned.

  • We feel honored to do this work.
